Library
Your video library,
built for teams.
Three upload paths. Full metadata control. Granular per-channel access by role.
Getting media in
Three upload methods.
Browser upload
Files upload directly into your storage workflow from the browser, with progress feedback and no extra handoff step for the user.
FTP accounts
Each channel can have dedicated FTP credentials. Files dropped into an account are automatically ingested into the library and queued for transcoding.
URL import
Point to an external video URL and the platform pulls it in, stores it in your library, and queues it for processing.
Organization
Find what you need.
The library supports nested folders per channel, multi-value tags, and structured metadata. Saved filter views let you bookmark combinations of folder, owner, tag, and date ranges so you can return to them without rebuilding the query each time.
Bulk operations apply to any selection: move to folder, add tags, edit metadata fields, or delete — all in one action. Thumbnail previews are generated during transcoding and appear on hover in the library grid.
Folder hierarchy
Organize content into nested folders per channel. Move files across folders without re-transcoding.
Tags & metadata
Apply multiple tags and structured metadata fields to any video. All fields are searchable and filterable.
Saved filter views
Build filters by folder, owner, tag, date, or metadata value and save them as named views for quick retrieval.
Bulk operations
Select multiple videos to apply tags, move to folders, update metadata, or delete in a single action.
Thumbnail preview
Hover over any video tile to see its generated thumbnail. Thumbnails are produced during transcoding.
Transcode status
Each video shows its processing state: queued, processing, ready, or failed. Retry failed jobs without re-uploading.
Can add files to the library via browser, FTP, or URL import. Cannot edit or delete.
Can update metadata, tags, and folder assignment. Cannot delete or manage other users.
Can remove files from the library. Deletion is permanent and removes the stored asset.
Full control: invite users, set roles, configure channel settings including domains and encoding profiles.
Access control
Per-channel roles.
Channels are isolated — a user's role in one channel has no bearing on another. Invite team members with exactly the permission level they need: upload-only for contributors, edit for editors, manage for admins.
Storage paths are also role-scoped. Permissions can be set at the channel path level, allowing sub-folder isolation within a team's content area.
