These Terms of Use explain the rules, responsibilities, and conditions that apply when users access MediaCMS, manage media assets, connect social accounts, or publish content through the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MediaCMS, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access or use the platform.
These terms apply to all users of MediaCMS, including administrators, content managers, publishers, and other authorized users.
2. Description of the Service
MediaCMS is a media management and publishing platform that allows authorized users to upload, organize, manage, and publish media assets.
The platform may include features for video storage, thumbnails, captions, hashtags, publishing preferences, social account connections, publishing workflows, operational logs, and audit records.
3. User Accounts and Access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all actions performed through their account.
- Users must provide accurate account information where required.
- Users must not share access credentials with unauthorized persons.
- Users must notify the platform operator of suspected unauthorized access.
- Administrators are responsible for managing user access and permissions.
4. User Content
Users retain responsibility for the videos, images, text, metadata, captions, hashtags, and other content they upload or publish through MediaCMS.
By uploading or publishing content through the platform, users confirm that they have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations to use and distribute that content.
MediaCMS is not responsible for user-submitted content or for verifying ownership, licensing, or compliance of uploaded media.
6. Prohibited Use
Users must not use MediaCMS to:
- upload, store, or publish unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content;
- violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
- publish spam, misleading content, malicious links, or fraudulent material;
- attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls;
- interfere with platform availability, infrastructure, or other users;
- misuse connected social accounts or publish without proper authorization.
7. Platform Availability
MediaCMS may be updated, modified, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.
While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain service availability, MediaCMS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Third-Party Services
MediaCMS may rely on third-party services, APIs, hosting providers, authentication services, storage systems, analytics tools, and social publishing platforms.
Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms, conditions, policies, permissions, and technical limitations imposed by those providers.
9. Security and Monitoring
MediaCMS may use logging, audit trails, access controls, monitoring, and security mechanisms to protect the platform, investigate errors, prevent misuse, and support operational reliability.
Users must not attempt to access data, accounts, systems, or features they are not authorized to use.
10. Suspension or Termination
Access to MediaCMS may be suspended, restricted, or terminated if a user violates these terms, misuses the platform, creates security or legal risk, or uses the service in a way that may harm the platform, third parties, or other users.
Some records may be retained after account suspension or termination where required for audit, security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, or legal compliance.
11. Disclaimers
MediaCMS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no warranties are made regarding availability, reliability, suitability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Users are responsible for reviewing content, publishing settings, connected accounts, and provider requirements before publishing media through the platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MediaCMS and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages arising from use of the platform.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, publishing errors, social platform restrictions, account disconnections, service interruptions, or third-party API failures.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date on this page may be revised.
Continued use of MediaCMS after changes are posted means that users accept the updated terms.
