Privacy Policy
This page explains what information MediaCMS collects, how it is used, and how users can request access, correction, disconnection, or deletion of social account data connected through the platform.

1. Information We Collect
MediaCMS may collect and store the following information:
- Account details such as name, email address, and user identifier.
- Media library data such as uploaded videos, thumbnails, titles, captions, hashtags, and publishing preferences.
- Connected social account details such as provider name, page or channel identifier, display name, username, permissions, and status.
- Encrypted OAuth access tokens and related token expiry metadata required to publish content to supported social platforms.
- Operational logs, audit records, job status updates, and provider responses related to publishing actions.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- authenticate users and protect access to the platform;
- store and manage uploaded media assets;
- connect approved social accounts and publish videos on behalf of authorized users;
- track publishing job status, retries, failures, and provider responses;
- maintain audit trails for connection, disconnection, and publishing events;
- improve service reliability, security, and support operations.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
MediaCMS does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers and infrastructure components required to operate the platform, including storage, authentication, analytics, and social publishing APIs.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, security response, or the protection of platform integrity and users.
5. Retention and Security
Data is retained only for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain records, troubleshoot failures, or comply with legal and operational obligations.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect stored data, including access controls, audit logging, and encrypted storage for sensitive social publishing credentials where supported by the system configuration.
6. User Data Deletion Instructions
Users who want their connected social publishing data removed from MediaCMS can use one of the following methods:
- Sign in to MediaCMS and disconnect the linked social account from the user settings area.
- Request deletion of associated social publishing records by contacting analytics@mediacms.glomancloud.gr.
- Include enough information in the request to identify the relevant account, such as the connected platform, page name, and account email.
After a valid deletion request is processed, MediaCMS should remove or disconnect stored social publishing credentials and associated account linkage records, except where limited retention is required for audit, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
